Meet the Team
Eves Hill Farm is run by Jeremy Buxton, a third-generation farmer, his wife Kathryn Buxton, and not forgetting their son Edward who you will often see jetting around the farm on his Gator, cleaning out pigs, rounding up piglets and catching chickens!
Jeremy follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, who bought the farm in the 1960’s, and his father. After 12 years living and working in Paris, Jeremy turned his back on his career in sports television to return to the family farm. A passion for regenerative farming and producing high quality food for the local community has seen many changes on the farm in the management and farming practices. Jeremy is determined to farm in a manner that regenerates the soils and biodiversity on the farm whilst helping to prevent climate change.
Kathryn left her career as a legal secretary to join the family business after the birth of their son Edward. The force behind the farm shop and the farms camping and Glamping, Kathryn manages the selling of the farms produce and locally sourced produce from around Norfolk. During the camping and Glamping season Kathryn takes charge of the campsite and Glamping units, taking bookings and welcoming guests to the farm.
